Everybody can leave an artistic piece by placing it into the file. The best drawing will be put online and an exhibition will invite visitors to discover them.
Standing among the vines, in this nice place of Perigord, the cellar of Lardimalie was very busy in bygone days: the hammering noise of coopers, the sounds of the grape loaded carts rolling, the cries of the wine glowers... the press...
The wine was made in a great central vat room which has not change since construction. Every thing from that time remains: machines, tools, tuns vats, barrels...

The museum displays them, over 1500m2 in their natural place. It evokes men who worked there until the last vintage in 1967 and the surprising life of its landlord.
Native from Perigord, Mr. Sécrestat invented the successful aperitives – Bitter Secrestat and Toni kola – which were sold all over the world.
For families:
a playful visit adapted for children is suggested.
Disabled visitors can visit the museum in its totality.

Located in St-Pierre-de-Chignac in White Périgord, 15km from Périgueux in the direction of Brive, the museum is accessible from the D6089. In the village of St-Pierre, direction Blis-et-Born on the RD 45 for 2km, then turn left after 200m "Lardimalie."
